These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Woss mobile application (the “App”), owned and operated by Woss (“Woss,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

Woss provides AI-powered wellness, fitness, and weight-management recommendations, insights, and plans based on user-provided information. The App is intended solely for general informational and educational purposes.

2. Medical & Health Disclaimer

• Woss is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any diet, exercise, or health program.
• You acknowledge that any actions you take based on information provided by the App are taken at your own risk.
• Results may vary and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations and content. AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for certain individuals.

You are solely responsible for evaluating and applying any information generated by the App.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Use the App only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.
• Not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit the App or its content.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

• Certain features require a paid subscription processed through Apple In-App Purchases.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policies. Woss AI does not control or issue refunds directly.
• You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and materials within the App are owned by or licensed to Woss AI and are protected by intellectual property laws.

No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woss AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Woss from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Los Angeles County, California, except where prohibited by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
