Woss (“Woss,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Woss mobile application (the “App”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how your data is collected, used, and safeguarded.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Apple App Store requirements.

A. Data You Provide

• Contact Information: email address (used for account access, support, and service communications).
• Health & Fitness Information: age, height, weight, activity levels, nutrition inputs, sleep data, mood and wellness scores, and related health indicators used for personalization.
• Sensitive Information: user-provided health-related inputs used exclusively for product functionality and personalization.
• User Content: optional photos or videos (such as body composition images) submitted for analysis.

B. Automatically Collected Data

• Identifiers: user ID, device ID, and related identifiers required for app functionality, analytics, and personalization.
• Usage Data: product interactions, feature usage, and engagement metrics.
• Diagnostics: crash data, performance data, and other diagnostic information used to improve stability and reliability.

C. Purchases & Financial Information

• Purchase Information: subscription status, purchase history, and transaction identifiers.
• Payment Information: processed securely by Apple and our payment partners; Woss AI does not store full payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide core app functionality and personalized experiences.
• Generate AI-powered plans and recommendations tailored to your inputs.
• Process subscriptions and manage account access.
• Analyze usage trends, app performance, and diagnostics to improve the product.
• Communicate important updates, support messages, and service notices.

3. Tracking & Advertising

Certain identifiers, purchase data, and sensitive data may be used for tracking purposes as defined by Apple, such as measuring subscription performance or app usage across services.

Woss does not sell personal data or display third-party advertising.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We share data only with trusted service providers required to operate the App:

• OpenAI: processes limited user inputs to generate personalized plans and insights. Images submitted for analysis are deleted immediately after processing.
• Supabase: securely stores user data and app content.
• Clerk: manages authentication and identity verification.
• Apple / Payment Providers: handle purchases and subscription billing.

5. Data Security & Retention

• Data is protected using industry-standard encryption and access controls.
• Body composition images are deleted immediately after AI processing and are never accessible to Woss AI personnel.
• Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the App and comply with legal obligations.

6. Your Privacy Rights

• Request access to or deletion of your personal data.
• Withdraw consent where applicable.
• Manage privacy preferences within the App.

7. Children’s Privacy

Woss is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If such data is identified, it will be deleted promptly.
